How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly, I want to be the best at everything I do. I have an ideal weight and shape I'm going for, and don't intend to stop until I reach it (and maintain).
Relaxed and flexed front, before workout, before routine has been started (after about a month break from calisthenics). Weight 130Lbs, Bodyfat ~ 5%, General Sense: Skinny. ^_^
Working on the abs, have a long ways to go though.
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? how are you ? I am on 14 on your pushup workout for each exercise , still kicking my butt months later

hey man . I LOVE your push up routine that you gave me! Its awesome . I love the pump it gives , really slams the chest and I am even seeing thge first hints of chest growth cuz of it !

hey amn we are the same height and I want to get down to about 155 (169 now and thats down from 181 when I started lifting... besides weight how can I get the wide ripped chest you have and the narrow waist abs you have , what bf% should I be at before I expect the same look ?
