Blake, you are looking awesome man. You're physique is really shaping up well. Chest/pecs are starting to show some nice definition as well as your midsection and abs. Keep doing what you are doing.
blake, how's the workouts coming? my big start back to the gym day is monday. i'm tired of messing around and its time to get serious again. i'm in flordia this weekend and when i get back monday its time to get serious. if i'm going to see abs by next summer i'd better get busy. update me when you get a chance.
