at first, i did it for the girls and all of that nonsense. of course that is still a small factor in improving my total body image, but mainly i just love lifting and watching my body improve and change due to MY own hard work. the feeling of accomplishment I get after breaking through a plateau or reaching another goal is simply amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
i see team mates in the weight room lifting very heavy weights with high intensity, and it really gets me pumped up. i then strive for excellence and to push myself to my limits.

Progress Pictures
This member has not uploaded any progress pictures yet.
Today, despite having a very poor nutritional day and having little to eat during school, I put up 80lb dumbbells 6 times on flat db bench. I have never done this much before, so it was a good PR for me. I feel like I couldve gone 8-10 if I had eaten properly and had gotten enough rest.
Read your White Flood review. Really appreciate the work yeah put into it. Lol, really helped me today with picking my finally item for cut stack =D Keep lifting heavy man!
Hey, i just joined and i was reading the posts you made on Nutrition etc.. the "HOW TO GET HUGE" thread. Anyways I stopped by your page just thought i'd say good work on you're progress, seems that you've consistently put on mass. Im the same height/bodyfat as you, but about 8-10kg lighter. You're inspiring for me.
I added you as a friend, that cool?

"i agree, im bored as ****"
at least your not banned. :(
Thanks -- but I "look amazing FOR 35"?!?! LOL! Well, I may not seem young when you compare numbr of years between me and you, but you'll find that in competitive integral (aka, "natural") bodybuilding MANY (most?) of the biggest and or leanest dudes are in their 30's and 40's! But thanks all the same -- I know what you "meant"! LOL!
