Started to do press-ups and crunches when I was about 14. I never really took it serious until Septmeber of '06 when I started to go to the gym and train with weights at home

oh yeah my arms are my weakest point right now. Us ectos have to stick together haha. Regardless how skinny I end up I'm gonna cut starting on jan 1st gotta be right for summer. :) 30lb in 36 days: geez thats good progress you've had so far
great start! ive had somewhat the same body type as you do. you have a chest, some abs and shoulders coming out. two years of hard work got me to where i am right now. if you train and supplement right, you'll get even bigger. best of everything to you, lataz
