My professional life is extremely demanding. I have to deeply supervise daily operations that take place in the Mexican securities market, sometimes from my office and sometimes from the intermediaries' offices. And I periodically have to assist to diverse congresses and courses. But still, no matter what, I always follow a very strict diet from Monday to Saturday, do cardio in the morning, practice Juggling during my lunch break (watch my videos), and workout 5 times a week (in the morning or in the evening depending on my schedule for that particular day). For me there are no insuperable barriers, just infinity of mediocre excuses, to reach a desired physical appearance.
Why I Love It:
The Adrenaline...
The Endorphines...
The PUMP...
It Annihilates Stress...
And so much more...
How I Stay Motivated:
I am 100% sure that we can overcome any barrier (in our professional and in our personal life) if we have the necessary discipline and passion, no matter what it takes, until our body exhausts its last resort.
BB Accomplishments:
Seven years ago doing KickBoxing I completely broke my ACL in both legs, and partially broke my PCL in both legs too. But still, without surgery, I was able to overcome those injuries through years of dedication and rehabilitation exercises. Today, although I cannot fight anymore I weight 78 kg and am able to do 8 reps in Lunges with 150 kg on free weights (which is twice my weight).
Forum Signature:
The difference is not physical, nor economical, but the fact that very few of us are willing to give our life for everything we do.

Most people like statistics to predict the future, but some of us like statistics to break them and prove them otherwise.
Goal (Long):
My attitude is my main weapon, it is how I conquer my everyday battles and how I engage my life’s war. With it I have become who I am today and will continue to grow until my heart pumps its last drop of blood.

First of all have in mind that Nothing is a matter of "Luck", and Everything is a matter of what we do with the Choices we face in Life. Unfortunately "Lack of Luck" is a phrase too many people use to justify their mediocrity.
Besides, I rather be the Worst among the Best than the Best among...

I'm sure the past two months have been little short of insane, given your profession. Nice to see a new avatar, and I gather that means you have weathered the craziness in good form. Hope all is well and that your plans for next year continue....
super lean muscle mass, man. I see you're a kickboxer--just starting to add that to my cardio (mostly because I hate running) hopefully will give me some great results like yours. keep living the dream man!
