Haha I'm starting to bulk already I lost a lot of size due to massive amounts of cardio I was doing.. I lost like 15+ lbs in a matter of 4 weeks. But it's okay because I'm already got it back.

Usually I have a 6 day workout week.. Monday: chest and abs, Tuesday: back and bi's, Wednesday: tri's and shoulders, Thursday: chest and abs, Friday: legs and shrugs, Saturday: full body circuit, obliques, and lower abs. What about you??
