My goal is simple... I want to remain in prime shape during all seasons. Be it winter, fall, summer spring, I want a constant balance of health in both diet and body form!
to build bigger and stronger and leaner i want to get with in the next 3 1/2 months hit 17" arms get to be 18" arms with in the next year 1/2and and learn from better and stronger people then i at building
After just winning my IFPA Pro Card at 20 years old I know I have my work cut out for me in my next 2 years of off season if I dont want to get laughed off a pro stage durring my pro debut in 2011
