How I Started: I was fifteen and very competitive... picked up a magazine (Muscle and Fitness Hers) and was taken back by the women on the cover... thought to myself- this is what I want to do
Why I Love It: It has changed my life and I love it.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Think about how much better I feel when I'm done working out...and what I get to eat for my post w/o meal;)
What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The ones who are checking everyone and themselves out in the mirrors! Also, the ones who just have no idea what they are doing!
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Workout pants and a tank top (often times a hat). I have to be comfortable!

It's one way to keep away the unwanted attention! Especially from guys who wear shorts that are too small with the ratty Tshirt and grey-haired pony tail. :( AC is fixed but it got up to 85 in my house over the weekend - ick. I'll be in town for the 4th. I live in Happy Valley so all I need to do is go out my front door and stand in my driveway to see the pro-firework show at the park. How about u?
