My good friend Brian introduced my husband and myself to working out and we fell in love from the very beginning. I was 20 years old and not happy with the direction my physique was heading, so I was determined to make changes for the better. Working out and eating healthy became a priority in my life and defined me.
Why I Love It:
I love the sense of control I have over my body and my health. I love the discipline and challenges it brings to my life. Fitness gives me confidence and strength in ways I've never imagined.
How I Stay Motivated:
Focusing on my next show and how I want my physique to look as well as some kick ass music on my mp3!
BB Accomplishments:
Competing in the first innagural Arnold Amateur Classic in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio-GO BUCKS! Also, placing 7th at the 2007 Figure Nationals just two years after having my baby!

Build. I like to build. Dieting sucks, but will hit it again in 2010, if life will cooperate this year!
Goal (Long):
I worked hard on balancing out my upper body to match my strength, my legs. Bigger shoulders, wider back and some freakin' abs has been my focus most of this entire year. Based on my latest results, it seems to be working. I've also worked with a posing coach who has helped me tremendously!!!
Ok, not that my legs need a ton of work, but today I squatted 205 for 6 reps!!! Yippee!!!! My best EVER!!! I have a herniated disk in my low back (L5S1), so I've always been extra cautious when I squat and therefore I don't think I push myself as hard with this particular...
i always belive in my wolverines and they will shock the world. you heard it here first. btw, my uncles are homebuilders in columbus - they are the diyannis in diyanni homes. they love the buckeyes and send all their kids there. they are all numbnuts of course.
