I'm currently doing cardio 6 times a week for 30-45min and weight training 4-5 times a week. I usually do 4 different exercises for each body part at 12-15 reps.
Hey I was wondering what weight were you when you competed? What was your bf% if you don't mind. I am curious because we seem to have a similar build and height. Thanks!
Hi! Yea I actually added 12 lbs of lean tissue. That's why you can't rely on a scale. My body was better than ever at my heaviest weight. Muscle weighs more but looks so much better than a body without it. Now I just need to get my motivation back and put some more muscle back on and take off the bodyfat! you look great, keep it up!
Hey girl! Thank you!! And yes....I was really 148 in my final contest pics. Which is actually a vast improvement from 171!!! LOL! I'm at 144 now and hoping to shed another 14 in the next few months.
I think you have me mixed up with someone else--I've never weighed 154...lol. For contest, I usually weigh around 112 after cutting water. I'm aiming for 115 next contest as hopefully I'll have a bit more muscle next time around.
Congrats on the weight loss so far! Oh, and don't focus on losing a certain amount of scale weight, use the mirror and measurements instead and when you like what you see in the mirror, you're done, mission accomplished, who cares what the scale ends up reading. ;)
