Hey Bill- I love (no I'm not gay) your newest atavar pic. I hope you realize when you if and when you take a cutting cycle absolutely serious, your physique is going to surprise even YOU. You've done an amazing job over the years and it is evident. I'm smilling...it's very motivating.

Hello Steve. Thank you for the kind words. When I was referring to gravey, I was referring to the exercises that compliment the bigger compound movements. After deads and rows, shrugs or bent over laterals would be gravey. After heavy presses and pullovers, flyes would be gravey. Any exercise that finishes the routine I call gravey. Really! The sissy squat isn't an easy exercise to do correctly, and most people would have trouble hitting 12 reps with bodyweight. That stretch can burn. You're building a great body via hard work. Hats off....love your body art! How many hours for your back? And what are the chinese charicters? I have 3 large sets on my back:Ambition, Energy, Wisdom. It's addicting.....isn't it!!!

Nice new pic. You look very solid! Front and mid delts are developing very well. Arms are growing and the tree trunks....well, damn! Just plain nice. Your hard work and discipline are obvious.
