How I Started:
I got started after I could not fit in a pair of skinny jeans that I've just bought. Struggling trying to pull those jeans up over my butt was very disturbing for me.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because it releases alot of stress and give me a sense of freedom from negativity. I like the way it makes me feel...so energized.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at others progress pictures and chating with friends who are already or almost fit.
