What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
A good choice of quality equipment and heavy dumbells. Squat rack is a must.Besides people??Chain gyms and too many hotties, too distacting.

Competitive bodybuilding involves sacrifice from every aspect of your life including relationships.
It will either bring you closer together or drive a wedge in between you.
At a semi private gym I train my clients out of, one of the other trainers is an IDFA pro. He actually came in second this past weekend. Let me know if you're ever competing again in Toronto.

Thanks! My posture and overall alignment was horrific due to being sedentary so I had to really take my progression at a snail like pace so as not to keep hurting myself again and again. There were times where 95lbs would make me crumble but I'd just lower the weight and keep squatting!
