This photo was taken the day i joined the Gym. What little Muscle mass i had came from rock climbing. I was skinnier 4 months before this photo was taken but a summer of heavy drinking had added a lot of bodyfat.

This is after 12 weeks of Training, These 12 weeks have mostly been spent experimenting with my diet and lifting. I am bigger then I was, but i am noware near the size I want to be. Photo was taken by a friend for her photography class. Usually im very camera shy so this is one of my only photos.

6 Months into training. Month 1 and 2 where mostly a learning curve and i made a lot of mistakes. The photo shows the increase in size to my Arms since I started.
