How I Started:
I have always been very small with a medium amount of bodyfat. I became single and met a new group of friends, We would do things such as mountaineering and Rock climbing. I was good at these things but too weak and always the smallest out of my group. I also bought a motorcycle and found myself too weak to support it and kept dropping it while stationary
Why I Love It:
It has unlocked a massive amount of confidence i never knew i had. I love the feeling from finishing a good work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my before and After pictures.

Trimming off the fat from a lifetime of parties and to gain muscle onto my small frame. To no longer be skinny, weak and unfit.
I want to achieve this in 24months of training.
I was injured in a motorcycle accident recently, and although its not a permanent injury, i wont be walking properly for 3-5 months. I didn't want to train when i first for out of the hospital and just wanted to sit at home and ashamedly i felt depressed about not being able to walk without crutches. Then i remembered reading this profile on this site and it inspired me to train despite the injury and the pain. Thankyou Nick, You have inspired me to carry on training no matter what.

Yeah, it's not HUGE, but I do have 30 girls that I coach along with an assistant coach... It's weird to be the head coach LOL
Not training with the college girls though :( just not getting back into lifting, and I have been maintaining my weight not really gaining or losing and staying in the same range of weight, so that's good. just been eating better :D
good been taking it easy in the gym in the last few weeks but next week I hit it hard again . still gunning for 8-10% bf and then decide if I want to go lower or bulk up and add mass. How are you? how is your training
ha. yeah... it's corrective with treatment, though, as of this moment, I have no idea what that entails. I've lost so much muscle... but I've kept the weight off... I'm not about to balloon up to ANYTHING! I weigh less from the muscle loss actually and all i can do is walk around... no jumping, running, lifting or rugby :(

I have a back degeneration disease that has stopped training altogether as well as made it impossible for me to play rugby... ever again. sooo fml.

Ouch re work thats kind of sucky. I went to see Watchmen the opening weekend (we went all pimp and got the big leather seats at the filmworks :D) I liked it but it felt like it was lacking something, felt like it was going through the motions. I don't know, It was always going to be a disappointment as I've had an idea of what it's like in my head for years and I'm seeing someone else's version of it. If that makes any sense! It was a good film overall though :)

Well working shifts doesn't help but I've been a stress head over pretty much everything at the minute so it's more than likely that. I sat and made a list of everything that I want to sort out the other week and I'm working my way through it! List girl to the rescue!!
lol @ training. I've been a lazy ass and not been for about a fortnight but I've had the semi reasonable excuse of being ill with cold and then not been sleeping either (like 2/3 hrs a night = fail) so I've been knackered. I am off for most of march after thursday so If I can't find myself a cheap beach holl then I'll be back at the gym like a religious gym nut :)
