CONSISTENCY!! in everything in order to see real results
Goal (Long):
Lower my bodyfayt and increase my muscle mass particularly in my shoulders and back. Ultimately strive for the six pack but first get rid of the little bit of pudge under my belly button.
Have the physique that can inspire others to work out and eat right.
Get my binge eating tendencies under control and learn to cope with stress in other ways.
Compete in womens bodybuilding or figure

got to keep it real. What we see in photos is so different than what we are. Even the pros sometimes only get ripped and do one show a year, of course the photos are from right before or after the show.

Usually the implant chicks are up there because all the drooling imbecile teen boys click on their profiles and so they stay most viewed....heheeee..beach bunny bod.that's funny!
