Don't really know yet. An idea is to be a physical trainer for a proffesional team, and then instruct them in weighttraining. But my thoughts can change a lot in 5 years. What will you do with your bachelor?

Thanks for the comment.. I really like studying sportscience. Before I started, sport was a big hobby, because i use 9-13 hours a week for kayak paddling and wheighttraining. Reaylly nice to read a lot of anatomy and so on, and just get more knowledge in your hobby, and make a living out of it :) My goal is to achieve a candidate which takes 5 years or more

I wouldn't train abs more than 2 days in a row, and never If i feel dooms. I don't think you have to copy my way of training abs. I think the most important factor is that you always consider if you exhaust your abs. Thanks for commenting my face too :)

Before I reach my "ab-level" as I posses now i could make good progress of many other excersises, but I quickly had to substitute them with others, or do more reps, when I felt they did not help anymore. Right now I am doing between 6-16 reps for abs, and are happily using forced reps or training to failure

Saw your videos, good stuff.. My ab routine (yes there are many opinions. Here is my way): I train abs every other day, and do it as the first excersise. It takes about 15-20 minutes. I'm doing dragon flags and cable lying leg-hip raise as the main excersises. It is the only ecersises I feel works for me now

Thank you Rico! Well my legs are not as big as my upper body. My excuse is that I'm a kayak paddler, but the last years I have Trained legs for better symmetrical only. I do a lot of ab-workout :) You have a pretty big frame yourself, and good size. Would look mean cuttet :)

Thank you Denmark! :) Never heard about that name before. Why are your name Denmark then? Yes solid workouts - often training to failure and forced reps. You have a good basis for building muscles. Good luck with your goals
