I started at 210 LBS. I hit 250 lbs incorrectly, then I went back to 210 lbs, and I've been doing text-book style workouts and diets since, and I'm currently 217LBS, and bigger than I've ever been.

Still pretty small...but I was alittle more lean at 220 LBS I must admit!

Goal for spring of 2008 will be to bulk in a fashion that gives me less body-fat percentage of then where I started. By March, I should be up to around 230 lbs, with a bench of 270.
Goal (Long):
After my cut, I will probably land around 220 LBS. Hope to nail about 11% bodyfat, and hopefully I can land 250-270 LBS on the bench!
