I stepped on the scales one day and saw I weighed 225, the heaviest I've ever been.
Why I Love It:
I love getting a pump and feeling stronger every time I leave the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results in the mirror and on the scale, plus seeing all the people on here who got control of their lives and look great due to hard work makes me want to keep pushing myself further and further.

You can also see the scar where 2 screws were inserted into my ankle after I tore some ligaments back in Feb. '08
