This was me in 2006 when I was just barely working out.

This is me Today 135, i have started taking all my supplements and eating right and working out very seriously. I packed on the pounds fast after doing everything right !!!
For about a year now I have been wanting to pack on muscle. I was very very skinny growing up and always looked up to the guys who were built. I always noticed so many people were built and had very defined arms and bodies. I have always wanted to get big just never really got the chance. But I if i keep up my weight lifting that one day I will have the body I dream of.
Regular Squats or Front Squats – 4sets x 10 to 15 reps
Leg Presses or hack Squats – 4sets x 10 to 15 reps
Walking Barbell Lunges – 4sets x 40 yards per set (there and back one set)
Leg Extensions – 4sets x 10 to 15 reps
Lying Leg Curls – 4sets x...
Dude, You've come a long way from 110. Keep up the good work. Keep eating healthy and training consistant and you will have great results. Dont get discouraged.
Yeah, well good for you man, keep working hard, when I was in college I didn't eat that good, you know ramon noodles and cafeteria food, but still made gains, just get in the calories that you can now, also I used Optimum nutrition protein back then, it's cheap and it does the job! Keep me posted.
College education does wonders! Also if you look good enough they'll start paying you. But when I was your age, I worked security and that was my money for the supplements and food. Getting ready for a show, costs money, yes a lot!!! When there's a will there's a way.
