Overall Goal: I cut off a good amount of fat the last two months. 38" waist to 35" with no weight lost. Now going to bulk a little to put on some more mass.

Well I haven't blogged lately because I just haven't had the time. I've been experimenting with different workouts lately and I've finally found one that has just been packing on the muscle. SizeON and Superpump have helped but the workouts are key. I can finally see all three heads of...

Every day I do abs and every other day I do a little cardio.
My sets are 5 x 10 in my core lifts and a little less for my supplemental ones.
Wow that is great!! I am pushing hard 4 week of offseaon start tomorrow and loveing my gains so far hoping to see some even more amazing results as I push harder over next few months!!
