How I Started:
I started working with my dad when I was 13 and realized I was pretty strong to begin with and went on from there
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself, I took almost two years iff and got really fat(almost 300 lbs!) but I decided I want to look good and now I'm down to 240 and not planning on losing anymore weight just get ripped to shreds. ;-)
How I Stay Motivated:
The guys I work out with keep me motivated.

Well I haven't had any updates as of late but I'm back to my starting weight buuuuuuut, my waist is smaller, my back is thicker and wider, and my arms are a lot more defined.
Goal (Long):
I want to cut 25-30 lbs of fat off the right way and get my weight 240ish and get my body fat to about 8-10% and then keep it off for good!
well i tried something different today and i think i should get good results. it wont help my strength but it should build muscle, i did chest today monday may, 7th with 8 sets of 8 for 4 workouts with 15-20 secs rest in between sets. it burned like crazy but i got an awesome workout and...
Right now I'm doing more reps of lower weight.

Tues:Legs
Wed. off
Thurs:Back
Fri:Arms(Bi's & tri's)
Sat.:off
Sun:Legs
Every day I do abs and every other day I do a little cardio.
My sets are 5 x 10 in my core lifts and a little less for my supplemental ones.
