Background

When I Started: Jul 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I started bodybuilding originally to improve my rugby but recently I have realy got into bodybuilding and now put more emphasis on improving my physique than improving my rugby!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like the feeling you get after a good workout and the gratification I get from my peers!
