How I Started:
I like to practice Brazilian Jui Jitsui and barenux fight(or fight gloves)at least once or twice a week. I believe that a solid body in particular a solid abs is the key to defeat your opponent. If you live in NYC or visiting, lets meet and have a good BJJ or barenux fight (sane/competitive/no ER visits) as a combination with body building. Peace!

MY hobby is MMA/UFC kinda of sport. Always looking to meet guys who likes to fight and/or wrestle! Trying to get the right muscular physique as a fighter/wrestler!
G'day Hec, you asked me "What can I do to make my shoudlers thicker and bigger?". Well you're over 40 so muscle gain is a lot more difficult than it was in your 20's and 30's. But really, any exercise that hits the side delts would do it, plus keeping a low bodyfat level so you can clearly see the edge of the delt (otherwise it just blends into your arm) Hope this makes sense.
