I don't do any cardio at all, but I'm thinking of doing some. What kind of cardio were you doing before?

Yeah, my lifts are kinda wack compared to each other. I'm also benching around 200 but my deadlift is 400ish, but maybe it's natural. I go to Mohawk, what school do you go to, man?

hey man you ripped to shreds or what :P!? I plan on getting my bench and squat up and we'll see how my body changes from that. I'd also like to drop some bodyfat.
Do you do cardio or just diet down (or both). Right now I'm doing neither so that may be my problem :P

I think Family Fitness is a way better than Premier fitness....
Premier doesn't have a power cage.. and we only have 1 squat rack without any safety bars on the sides. That's why my squat isn't proportional to my other lifts.
