How I Started:
It started in gr 10 fitness class and I only weighed 125lbs, being the skinniest kid in the class (although I was the most determined to get big and strong). I had a good friend that helped motivate me to train hard.
I wanted to get bigger and stronger to one day compete in mixed martial arts, but I ended up just lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
It makes me stronger and bigger, and I love that.
I also believe that it is a good test of the mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
The need to push myself to the limit.

and yeah I hate bench, dead lift goes up fairly easily but bench doesnt for me

yeah same, I feel like my bench should be a lot higher, I've been stuck in the 200 range for a while.
umm... about my BF%, I've always had a fast metabolism, which at first sucked because up until this August I had been 165-170 for 1.5 years despite working out. Then I STOPPED cardio, and started counting my calories, and I've gone up to mid 180's within a few months with minimal BF increase. I've never had to cut or do intense cardio as of yet...
Hey bud! =P I know...I don't see why it has become such a big deal. I will get my weight back up slighty and then outta no where I'll get scared it is too high and drop lbs in days. =x
I was doin them daily but now its roughly every 3 days...takes a lot out of my elbows when I have to incorporate Arm Wrestling into my training schedule
