It started in gr 10 fitness class and I only weighed 125lbs, being the skinniest kid in the class (although I was the most determined to get big and strong). I had a good friend that helped motivate me to train hard.
I wanted to get bigger and stronger to one day compete in mixed martial arts, but I ended up just lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
It makes me stronger and bigger, and I love that.
I also believe that it is a good test of the mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
The need to push myself to the limit.

Hey bud! =P I know...I don't see why it has become such a big deal. I will get my weight back up slighty and then outta no where I'll get scared it is too high and drop lbs in days. =x
I was doin them daily but now its roughly every 3 days...takes a lot out of my elbows when I have to incorporate Arm Wrestling into my training schedule
yeah it's been a long time huh? just kepin myself busy with school and lifting weights. I'm trying out doggcrapp training, it's intense! 'bout you whatcha been up to lately
Thank you for the compliment :) I don't agree with the comment you made about not being able to get a girl like me...Never put limits on any possibilities! I always say anything could happen and if you are a nice guy, I don't see why you couldn't get a girl that works out.
