When I Started: Mar, 2007
How I Started: It started in gr 10 fitness class and I only weighed 125lbs, being the skinniest kid in the class (although I was the most determined to get big and strong). I had a good friend that helped motivate me to train hard.

I wanted to get bigger and stronger to one day compete in mixed martial arts, but I ended up just lifting weights.
Why I Love It: It makes me stronger and bigger, and I love that.

I also believe that it is a good test of the mind.
How I Stay Motivated: The need to push myself to the limit.
