congratulations on your mma victory. i train mma too. dunno if i want to be competitive in it or just have it as a hobby. for now its just a hobby

yeah well with p90x its like every other day i guess.. because one day youll have lifting, the next will be plyo, stretching, or yoga (more stretching) so i guess thats considered a break where your not using your muscles. stretching them so they can recover. i think itll be good for martial arts too.

like i said bro i started MMA but i ALREADY sprained my wrist. i had side mount and just didnt know how to secure properly, had my hand flat on ground and when i got rolled it bent too far and sprained. gonna take it easy for a week to heal and then go back to kicking ass. stopped lifting weights and im going back to P90x

just been trying to bulk. and i just got serious beginning of april. idk why i kept slacking but i put my old lifestyle behind, never gonna miss another day of lifting, havent since i started back up

thanks. my BF is a little high for being skinny (12 % ) dunno what im gonna do about that. just gonna keep trying to put on weight. im going to be starting mixed martial arts so thats a lot of heavy cardio so idk if ill keep gaining rapid weight. im hoping i lose the bodyfat, i eat more and keep gaining muscle weight

did you put this a while ago or is this serious.. you get 2700 calories a day? (says in your Q&A section) how did you get from skinny to in that shape with 2700 calories a day? should i even be bulking if i want to stay lean?

and make sure every week you increase weight by 2.5%. just go to google and type in "2.5% of 100" for example. peace

sounds good make sure u do form FLAWLESS start slow make it good or you wont make any results. TRUST ME I MADE THE MISTAKES when i first started and it comes back to haunt you if you didnt do it right the first time. my bench sucks because i never looked up form or cared to. now im correcting it. for power cleans on rippetoes do 5 sets of 3 it says instead. good luck.

yea ive gained weight check out my weight chart. ive gained about a lb a week on rippetoes so far.

and dont waste your money on weight gainers. with that money, buy steak oats eggs tuna chicken etc. youll be glad you did.

its starting strength, and its meant for gaining weight, which is your goal, right? thats my goal. and to get stronger. im sure you could benefit from both

lol alright. thanks. its too bad it didnt really do anything for me. i wont be getting p6 for a while since its mad expensive though, even with a discount. besides, im going to be taking MMA so i need the money i shouldnt need supplements to get decent gains, since im still pretty small. i think i can make good gains naturally. good luck with your goals

i ordered it off amazon so i probably lost my money. they probably wont refund. maybe next time ill try p6 if i have money but im just gonna stick to whey protein and thats it. ill finish my two weeks supply i have left and thatll be it

not going to lie to you but i havent seen any good results from cellucor n0 extreme.. and im almost done with my 8 weeks. ive done 6 weeks. it just keeps me a bit more focused when i lift. i havent made any insane gains in the 6 weeks. just a normal few lbs a month that i always gain without it.
