bench form still sux but im improving. shrug my shoulders at 85 lb 3x5 so i dropped weight for today

Did alright today, Chest Tricep day. Worked on my form.shoulders always interupt my chest workouts tho cuz my shoulders are rly weak

Last week working on form. Today is Back Biceps. Going to make sure my form is flawless and try to add some weight.

I just learned today i was benching wrong from the start. i found the correct form and benched 95lb max first time benching right
