How I Started:
I was tired of being skinny and wanted to change.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump, the results, and the soreness.. yes i said it, i love being sore because i know i got a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
By thinking about the results i will obtain eventually.
Music also helps me stay motivated. A good song on will make me lift harder.
BB Accomplishments:
Not really an accomplishment but whenever i get into triple digits for anything im proud of myself. When i weighed 115 i was squatting 150 max. Now im working on perfecting my form and getting everything up

Goal (Long):
My goal now is to get to around 140-170 lbs by graduation. I have 3 solid years to work on that. My lifting stats goals will be
Bench : 180lbs +
Dead : 250 lbs +
Squat : 200 lbs +
p90 is good man, but impossible to keep up with on an every workout day basis, the muscles need time to grow and recooop man, but hey man, do what ya like
Sorry for replying late but yeah I'll track progress with you for sure. I haven't lifted in 2-3 damn weeks now cause I tore a tendon in my wrist but a couple more days and I'll be back. How's your training going?
That's good to hear! Everyone slacks off from time to time. The difference between the average Joes and the champs is that champs can get going again after taking a break. Keep it up bro!! I'm looking forward to seeing some "after" pics!!!
Yeah martial arts will definetly help for cardio. I would just keep eating alot of high-protein foods if i was you, but im not a pro so, yeah mma is wicked- i use to do krav maga
alright im gonna start it tomorrow ( tuesday) hopefully ill be able to get in the gym 3 days a week ( i have to get my dad to give me a ride) ill post results after week 2.
alright ill look it up right now. another good thing is to go to your local supplement shop and pickup a weight gainer. some have up to 1250 calories and 65 g of protein a serving... that really helps. i'm also looking into some testosterone booster, just for the strength and muscle gains, but i dont wanna get acne and my mom would freak ahah :D
