Fblade13 DTP and GOMAD for the last 4 weeks. In the last 6 weeks I've put on 5kg and my measurements show I've put on more muscle than fat. Success!

Start of week 14Monday 08/04/2013I'm considering starting a new program shortly. I just havent decided which one yet.This morning I got measured up and did some cardio & Calves. My back was killing me so I spent more time stretching than exercising. Attached are my skinfold/Girth measurements. Post 12 week thoughts. Prior to this program I had no individual goals other than to cut the fat and get stronger. Now that my program has ended. This easter weekend I've found myself giving way to my love of chocolate and endulging in a mini choco binge. Also on Monday morning I felt empty of motivation without any goals to drive me on.
