"Married Life"- At least this is part of what comes to my mind when I think of being married! A bike, a garage, "the wife's" car, odds & ends...Here I am, with four days of riding across the Southern U.S. on a new bike ahead of me. Don't I look VERY happy and much younger than my 40?!

After a summer of constant injury (herniated disks), at about 150 and "shrunken." Am happy to at least see some new lines on the underside of my arms (Triceps).

Need more definition (been working them with wide stance & decent reps 12 & 20).

Will switch to close stance in Feb and see what happens to size. Prob will stick with reps of 12 or more, but may cut out 20s beyond warmup. All calf work is done seated to prevent more Spinal Aggravation!

Not purposely out of focus, but I'm out of time. Front Legs are mainly being hit with Hack Squats, but some Extensions are being thrown in. Lots of Stiff Legged work and many Kneeling Leg Curls for the back area.
