After a summer of constant injury (herniated disks), at about 150 and "shrunken." Am happy to at least see some new lines on the underside of my arms (Triceps).
(Old Goal) Take my bodyweight down to 150 by June 1, 2009. Get stronger, firmer, trim waist from 36 to 34 or less. Increase endurance to where I can swim and/or bike further.
(New Goal) REDUCE Bodyfat to 15%, ADD 5# Muscle. TRIM Waist from 33 to 32 or less. Bike more, swim more, run more, IMPROVE Cardio Vascular Condition!

I know what you mean. I look at lables sometimes when I get ready to want a "cheat" and see all the calories and carbs and sugars and end up putting it back down. (that is unless I know I am going to be doing lots and lots of cardio that day) lol
Haha, thanks! That's funny. Potato sacks are so itchy! I remember going down this GIANT slide in potato sacks when my sisters and I were little - you ever do that? So fun! I would still do that.
