After a summer of constant injury (herniated disks), at about 150 and "shrunken." Am happy to at least see some new lines on the underside of my arms (Triceps).
(Old Goal) Take my bodyweight down to 150 by June 1, 2009. Get stronger, firmer, trim waist from 36 to 34 or less. Increase endurance to where I can swim and/or bike further.
(New Goal) REDUCE Bodyfat to 15%, ADD 5# Muscle. TRIM Waist from 33 to 32 or less. Bike more, swim more, run more, IMPROVE Cardio Vascular Condition!

Ooh no... not again. I feel for you. Hopefully getting my x-rays done today for my back. Hope yours gets better, friend! Is it when you do SLDLs? I find I can't do many hyperextensions because it kills my lower back. Not in an I'm-working-it-out kinda way, but an it's gonna break kinda way.... trying to build it up slowly just as I'm sure you are for yours!!!! {{hug}} be well!
