(Old Goal) Take my bodyweight down to 150 by June 1, 2009. Get stronger, firmer, trim waist from 36 to 34 or less. Increase endurance to where I can swim and/or bike further.
(New Goal) REDUCE Bodyfat to 15%, ADD 5# Muscle. TRIM Waist from 33 to 32 or less. Bike more, swim more, run more, IMPROVE Cardio Vascular Condition!
Well, took my back out last Wednesday night/Thursday morn. Not sure if I've re-herniated a disk which had healed, aggravated another damaged disk, messed up a new one, or done something to my hip (which was dislocated more than a decade ago). Anyways, I'm in serious pain and got an RX to help...
