After a summer of constant injury (herniated disks), at about 150 and "shrunken." Am happy to at least see some new lines on the underside of my arms (Triceps).
(Old Goal) Take my bodyweight down to 150 by June 1, 2009. Get stronger, firmer, trim waist from 36 to 34 or less. Increase endurance to where I can swim and/or bike further.
(New Goal) REDUCE Bodyfat to 15%, ADD 5# Muscle. TRIM Waist from 33 to 32 or less. Bike more, swim more, run more, IMPROVE Cardio Vascular Condition!

i have been carbing up a bit, but on my lower carbs days - the gym doesnt seel as friendly to me...but a carb cycle i will go :) glad your feeling better..

It seems all my joints are going bad. First my left shoulder, then my left knee, my left hip rotates out occasionally, and now my right wrist. It is new, started a week or so ago. It is getting worse though. Hurts to lift things and Im a waitress so thats bad!
