Take my bodyweight down to 150 by June 1, 2009. Get stronger, firmer, trim waist from 36 to 34 or less. Increase endurance to where I can swim and/or bike further.
Went to the Cap Texas pre-judging this past Saturday morn and met/photographed (see my Gallery) several members of our community. Not only did I see the results of lots of hard work, I got to speak with some nice people and soaked up some great vibes.

3 sets of Hammer Curls for...
ended up working everything out.. doing an afternoon workout every afternoon and going to do some at home working out to offset not being able to go to the gym on busy days.. been back on track and stress free.. just had way to much going on at once so after a little break all better
