My friend wanted to put Mary Kay make-up on me. I was 142 pounds and 18 years old.
I had reduced the amount of weight training and increased my pole dancing to 4 - 6 hours a day, 6 days a week. Thanks Mark Mosher for taking this photo. Weight: 115 pounds.
Build my body with a couple more pounds of fine muscle and keep my body trim.
Goal (Long):
I am working towards earning my pro card. Closing in on my 10th year competing I feel that I am ready for my big win! Cheer me on at the Canadian Nationals Aug, 9th 2008.
Hey there! I did your Gogo Dancing class on Monday evening, it was great (even though I came late and had no clue what I was doing). You were very nice and I might have enough guts to try it again solo next Monday! Keep up the good work, you look great and you're very inspiring ;-)

I love that you are doing so well with bodybuilding! I own a few of your dvd's, bought the first one about 7 years ago while I was a dancer. I just bought a pole for my home, I had a nice body when I danced, so I thought what better way to get in shape than to turn my dance routine into a home workout. Since pole dancing has become popular have you recently put out any new "stripaerobic" dvds? Keep up the good work. I'm absolutely certain that you'll reach your goals.
