A lot of people criticize P90X, but it works for me. The diet is easy and inexpensive,and the workout is "easy to do." By "easy to do" I mean all I have to do is press play and write down what I do. I don't have to drive to a gym, I don't have to worry about people looking at me and judging me for not lifting as much or struggling with a pull-up, I just have to push play and do my best. <-- That works for me.
