Things are good as well, weather is getting better here so allowing to get outside and do some different activitys, struggling with the diet, friends and eating out/Beers, can get thru the plataeu like that but hopefully it levels out

Thanks for the add, and comments, that is what I thought on diet, you can only get so far working out...to get to the next level....and its a 24/7 struggles

I am trying to increase my workout intensity, more weight, more reps, less rest......and watch my Diet, really watch it.......think this is the biggest key to improvements

Im 40, I have a relatively good diet, whole grains, protien, nothing boxed. Is it Intensity, reps, weight, a tighter diet I need something to get me thru my next step, lowest bodyfat was 9% bit Im not as ripped, pics to follow
