How I Started:
I wanted to loose some weight. I started taking TKD and watching what I ate. Soon the weight started to fall off. 210 down to 165. Since then I started putting on muscle
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel healthier, younger. It gives me the ability to continue to live life to its fullest, everyday
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do it, its part of my life, it allows me to have the life I want to live

I(we) workout 5 days a week:(this is the winter current)
Day 1: an hour of Cardio, Run for 20 min, increasing .1 every week, 20 stairstep, 20 min eliptical, the stair and eliptical are alpine or hill variation
Weight Exercises vary, but are typically 3 to 4 of each split
Hi things are good! Things are pretty much the same although I have started doing pylometrics on leg days which Ive found really effective! So thats comething new :) How about you?

Thanks for the comment, to answer your question diet is just as important as your lifting routine. Your can lift all you want but if you don't have a good diet to compliment your weekly routine you want make much progress.
