I have dropped 12 lbs.. I seem to be going the wrong way.. but I want to get cut up for the summer so I guess its fair for the drop in lbs.. keep at it though you will soon see results..

thanks for adding me.. I already eat clean I just eat alot.. But I have now added 30 mins of cardio and 25 mins of abs a day for 6 days a week to my workouts..so we will see how that goes... nice abs.. I am trying to get my belly looking like that..

my current protein intake is high I intake about 250 - 300 grams a day. I only eat bread once a week and I have been eating tons of nasty tuna, nasty ground beef .. I was told I drink to much water.. I have been known to drink 2-3 glns of water a day.. i drink water all day everyday likes its oxygen..sometimes i will add a lemon slice or two buts that rare.. but I will add more cardio and a lil less water to see how that goes..

I am not a fan of cario.. i used to just lift moderate weight about as many times as i can lift it in a set.. I used to play pick-up basketball everyday but just plain ole jogging or treadmill was not me

thas for accepting my add... I dont have trouble getting mass( I have trouble with going to the gym lifting in moderation) .. I have a problem with shredding..do you have any suggestions.. I am taking all I can get and trying everything.

thanks for accepting my request.. training is coming along slow .. cause i now have to lose 20lbs (dr's orders) i am 225 now was/am trying to get to 245-250 ... how are you doing and how is is your traing rolling along ??
