My cousin got me started when he got out the army.
Why I Love It:
when i tried out for the junior college football team.. I noticed that i was alot stronger than I thought..
How I Stay Motivated:
Football and wanting to get bigger and stronger

I would love to compete after I have surgery on my right remur again..I want to hit the stage at about 240lbs maybe heavier but not lighter

I've digested my 8Lbs weight loss and back at it! My weight loss goal for May 1, is 8Lbs! Also, I've gone Atkins stlye incorporating lean chicken breast, fish, salads, and veggies.
