Played alot of sports when I was younger so had to be in shape. After highschool got into the thug life and had to be able to crush, now I am older and fatter and need to get rid of the Po the Panda look.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I am still of the classic 3 x 10. again, as i change the fat to muscle i will adapt to continue the growth.
