How I Started:
I always have worked out, but never had a set schedual, just did it here and there, which wasnt doing anything for me. Finally realized the only way I would ever progress, is to have a scheduled work out regime, and a balanced nutrition plan.
Why I Love It:
Because hard work pays off. I could never exceed 140lbs in weight. At 6'2", that's obviously very skinny. But I worked out hard, ate right, and a little over a year later, and 30 pounds of muscle bigger, I realized you can reach any goal if you work hard and put your mind to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing people staring at me, asking me exercise and diet questions, etc. It's a very cool feeling, because growing up, I was never the one in school that the girls ever double looked at, just that skinny kid that walked the halls....Looking foward to my 10 year class reunion.
BB Accomplishments:
Putting on 30 pounds of muscle in about a year spand, the right way. No steroids, just a good diet, consistant working out, and a positive attitude.
