WOW great shoulder contraction and visible muscle mass during pullup exercise! great example of good muscle connection, still would go slower w o weights but its still awesome to watch!

there sure was a long time ago my abs looked like yours. man a healthy looking body is so much more appealing, too bad age takes it from us anyway :< BUT its no excuse :D

Thank you for a very nice ! explenation on the foods! it was hard not to watch, your such an atractive individual not only visually but also your acting was very easy to follow and understand! There were also a good ammount of humour that was done so naturally ! it was beutifull! Btw being fan of cONAN seeing your pose with barbarian style was neat also! good luck on everything you choose to do ! greetings.

i wanted to comment on your profile picture , but i didnt find the right one. I wanted to say the profile picture is such a beutifull picture and is a sign of youth almost like poem a symbol that age can also be beutifull! in future i think all menn will be much happier and healthier maybe not longer but with younger bodies ! i love this picture and you should putt it on your wall!
