I had always been athletic and involved in sports. When I found out I had been invited to play college football, I decided to put on some muscle.
Why I Love It:
It's a major stress reliever for me, helps me chase after my 2-yr old and, let's face it, like Arnold, I love the pump!!

I was disgusted when I saw this picture. It was taken when I made my yearly resolution to finally get lean. I've always heard that if you want an objective look at yourself, take one of these "before" pics. 234 lbs. & 24% bodyfat. I've got a long, long way to go.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose approximately 28 pounds.This will goal will be realized by August 31, 2009. I want to achieve this for myself (I feel better and look better at around 190-195 pounds and the lowest my bodyfat has been is 10%), my wife (I want to be a "sexy beast" for her), my son and(a good example for them). I've been there before (Summer of 2001) and I want to return!

hay saw your bit about eh conference when you eat out try to go to Apple bes' THey willcook toyour order so will ruby tuesdays. both are pretty good menu wise to be pretty sinilar to Steve's plans.
