I was 325 lbs of fatness - I was having a lot of difficulties breathing, my knee's and back constantly hurt and the doc said I was at extreme risk for developing diabetes and stroke/heart attack and chronic joint failure- I didn't want any of those things - so I started on a rigorous journey to re-shape myself body and mind.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel...well..awesome :P I love being stronger and being able to do things I never could before - I like being able to be free of pain and have higher endurance and lets face it - like others I love looking better.
P.S to everyone who thinks Fat is easier to loose than to gain muscle - hate to burst you're over-inflated bubble but..EHHHH wrong!!! Not only do fat people have an extremely hard time loosing weight and being riddled with stretch marks but we also have to gain healthy muscle weight at the same time! DOUBLE DUTY aint easier folks! lol
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation doesn't come from others - I am all I need to succeed (barring my doctor and the occasional spotters :P) I am strong inside and I'm looking to recondition my outside. Weakness will not be tolerated from myself or in others by me.
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost over 115 pounds in 2 years time - and I have increased my strength 600%. I went from barely being able to lift 30 lbs on a bench press to comfortably lifting 180 lbs so far :) -
And for Legs - how does 14 times 45 lbs plates sound to start with ;) I take my training very seriously - and I will be starting MMA in feb as my main cardio.

There's nothing like the euphoria of confidence and achievement that it is acquired by being able to shout the words: "I made it to where I am myself - with strength of body, strength of spirit, strength of heart and a sharp mind - I will not let anything stand in my way because I know I have the power to get to where I want to be"
Motivate yourself yet let yourself be inspired by infinity!

normal neck measurement is 14"-19" for men, I would check again you look like a 15" to me. This will help u buying long sleeve shirts as well :D
In season hockey is my cardio. In the off season I want to stay in shape but i hate running on a treadmill, so I use either the rowing machine, or the stairmaster and do cardio three times a week for about 20 mins. I start going easy for 3 mins, then go at a medium pace for two mins, and hard for one minute, and repeat that for 3 or 4 intervals, then end going three minutes easy to cool down. hope this helps bro
