How I Started:
Me and my best friend Joey always loved going to the gym. One day we went to barnes and noble and we bought "The New Encyclopedia for Modern Bodybuilding" and since then I loved the sport. I read that book from cover to cover.
Why I Love It:
The dedication, time, nutrition and workout routine is reflected on your physique. Its the only sport where you can control how far you want to go. I love the challenge. I just love lifting weights and improving my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Through postive results in muscle size and definition and complements from other people.
