How I Started:
I have always trained for something. I used to compete as a heptatalete when I was in colleage and my dad was a "Naturals" bodybuilder. Just love the gym, ....
Why I Love It:
I love the way my body feels after a workout. I love that I can keep up with all my students and my son at the same time, I love that I DON'T look my age, I love the feeling of looking and being healthy.....
How I Stay Motivated:
I have certain outfits that WILL NOT look good if I gain too much weight...lol, really, I practice what I preach
BB Accomplishments:
None, just starting this chapter in my life, but would like to compete in a fitness or figure competition.

Nice to see such a well-rounded attractive young lady. Here in Afghanistan we see everyday what people look like without proper eating and exercise.
What type of men are you attracted to? I have some eligible Officer friends that would kill to meet you. I am Infantry in the Army and have been married for 10 years and we have a daughter, 9.
Anyways, give us and idea of how you stay so beautiful and what goals you feel that you Really are going to pursue.
