How I Started:
I have been lifting weights on and off since 1998 but I never took it seriously until I was in a serious car accident in 2003; where I dislocated my shoulder. Since then, I have taken lifting more seriously. But it wasn't until 2006 that I started body building after I was introduced to it thanx to my friend Matt.

How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing others who are stronger than I am and of course: the pros.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from only being able to do a couple of push-ups (after my car accident) to being able to bench press 225 lbs 9 times.
Just like everyone else I would like to pack on as much mass as I can without putting on much body fat. Therefore, my ultimate goal is to be some where between 200-250lbs with 4-7% fat. Yes, I know it's crazy, but it can be done :)
All is good bro, I got surgery the 25th to reove the plates/pins from my wrist. Doc shutting me down for about 5 days, then it's on again. How about you homie???
