How I Started:
I was addicted to computer since 14, and I had to find a way to break this addiction. Every single things I tryed failed until one day, last summer I started to train 7 days a week, since I was spending many hours in the gym I stoped computer after a week or soo.
Why I Love It:
I'm now addicted to the feeling I get everytimes i'm lifting weights, what a great feeling! I love the pump, I love to feel in shape. For the first time in my life I finally found MY sport!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's a way to challenge yourself: dedication, nutrition, technics, we never stop learning new stuffs and it's why I love the life style.
BB Accomplishments:
Bodybuilding made me learn how to be dedicated to something and to structure my lifestyle.
