I was really excited on saturday when I got on the scale, and I was getting really close to the magic 80 kgs. However, I was far from happy when the body fat reading this morning came out 20.7, meaning I havent lost any measurable percentage of fat. As far as body weight goes, I'm right on...

You're doing great Fantasmagori! You've got such a steady line going down in weight and I noticed you're making strides in your bodyfat too, just keep with it! You're doing an excellent job :) Have a great week!
