Ecstatic! My mile clocked at 10:30. I didn't hold the timer, running buddy did (they're faster anyhow) so I didn't feel pressured. YAY!!

Piloxing was fun! Great mix of cardio & total body toning. After 60 mins, I was sweating more than when I just hit the trails. Awesome!!!

Dietary changes are so difficult

It has been a long journey trying to get back on the right track and back to where I was after getting quite sick in early December. It left me with some odd symptoms including voice issues, chest and throat pain and more trouble with asthma than I've had in 15 years. I am still not back to my previous energy levels or cardio & muscle strength. But it was all the lingering effects from being sick that kept me pushing the doctors for answers.


I now finally have some answers to those lingering effects nearly 4 months later, thank goodness! I've been diagnosed with spasm

It's been less than one week since I signed up for the Lean body challenge and I'm tightening my rope. My clothes feel like they're falling off which is great... I just wish I had clothes for work!! Nothing fits but my dress code is so strict that I need to figure something out fast. I find it odd... I'm still losing weight and feeling great and looking better, but I swear.... if I didn't know better.. I would say that I physically look worse in my bathing suit. It's like the fat is bubbling to the surface and I mean actually bubbling. haha I suppose that's a good thing since that means I must...

Took 28 minutes to do a 2 mile run.. better and better.  Cannot wait to be able to do it half of that!  Worked out the arms, back, and chest today too.  Tomorrow more cardio and full body conditioning.  It's funny... I never liked running.  I hated it in fact.  Now, I can't seem to get enough.  Always loved weight lifting though.  Looking at those pictures that were taken the other day, makes me even more determined to eat healthy and hit the gym harder than I have been.  by September 17th... I want to be confident in the way I look and not feel lik...

guest Hey...Your doing pretty good and I like that your cutting carbs, but do keep the complex ones in the mix when you can (earlier part of the day at least) How is everything else going for you? jfeliciano I'm sooo happy for you!! I'm glad your feeling better. Don't get over zealous though...lol Your September pics look awesome. You can really see the progress!! U look great!
