How I Started:
I have been working out off and on throughout my life but never had the time to stick with it. Then one day I decided to make time. My health is more important than anything else. I want a live a very healthy lifestyle and make drastic physical and mental changes for the better.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel afterwards and watching the progress grow.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching my progress. I am addicted now.
BB Accomplishments:
I have reached an all-time personal best of benching 265 lbs. I WANT MORE!!!

Goal (Long):
I am about to sail around South America on a U.S. Navy warship where I can concentrate on my workout without any distrations. I really want to work on my upper body since this has been my weakest area. I have improved though over the past year but I haven't stayed consistent. Now I can..... Long tern, I just want to be in good health, mentally and physically. I feel pretty good for someone who is about to turn 40 in a couple of weeks. Staying with the program will be the challenge but I am up for it.

I am on my way of reaching my 300lb bench goal.  Two days ago I pushed 265 and it felt great to reach a personal best.
